Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Injection Molding Operator at our Chennai facility. The role involves operating injection molding machines, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Responsibilities include performing regular quality inspections, carrying out preventive maintenance, and maintaining smooth production operations. The Injection Molding Operator will collaborate with the team in achieving production goals while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Injection Molding and handling Injection processes
• Experience in Machine Operation and conducting Preventive Maintenance
• Strong understanding of Quality Control practices and procedures
• Attention to detail and aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Basic knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in the plastics industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is preferred
