Role Description

This is a full-time, in-house position for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive based in Pune City. The Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational hiring goals. Additionally, the professional will focus on identifying and attracting top talent for IT and non-IT roles.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Hiring and Recruiting across various levels and industries
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to enhance organizational reputation and attract top talent
  • Proficiency in Non-IT & IT Recruitment, Civil & Construction, Finance, sourcing, and evaluating technical candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently while meeting deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or MBA HR
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to hiring practices is advantageous
