Job Description

Nature of Role: Off-roll /Contract position


Location: Goregaon, Mumbai


Note: We work 5 days from Office (No WFH/Hybrid)


Qualifications: Computer Engineering Background - BE/BTech/BCA/BSC-IT/MCA/MSC-IT


About the Role

  • Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle as an IT technical recruiter
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with prospective candidates, who are specialised in IT job profiles, to fill existing vacant roles in the company
  • Driving Talent Acquisition innovative projects – Pre and Post On boarding Engagement with new joiners, Brand positioning of Organization, participation in technology events
  • Preferred someone who has Hired opensource, AI, DS, Java, Fullstack, information security position.
  • Generate new leads and devise innovative strategies to identify IT talent that suit the technical requirements of the company



Responsibilities

  • Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and initiating pre-screening level tech test & interviews, HR Discussion etc.
  • Execute strategic hiring programs as an IT talent recruiter keeping in mind Information Technology trends
  • Manage the IT talent hub through job boards, social network site and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database
  • Design and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates on social media platforms.
  • Person should have exp in data analysis in MS Excel/ different tools with regards to talent acquisition.
