Designation: Technical Recruiter , Engineering Recruiter

Location: Mumbai (Thane).

Positions: 3 nos.

Technosoft Engineering is looking for 3-6 years experience recruiters to work full-time at our office location in Thane, Mumbai .

We are looking to hire Recruiters / US Recruiters / Engineering Recruiter / IT Recruiters to work for our US division to support our Recruitment functions of our engineering projects / IT Projects.

FOR EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS:

TechnoSoft Engineering is looking for additional 3-4 Technical recruiters to work full-time at our office location in Thane, Mumbai.

Only Candidates with excellent communication skills, IT / Engineering background and US recruitment knowledge needs to apply.

Candidate would require working on US RECRUITMENT and must demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational and planning skills.

Required:

·    Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments

·    Drive high quality selection; experience with various job portals and social network sites like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn etc.

·    Excellent negotiating skills, strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills

·    Well versed in dealing candidates - H1B , TN, EAD, GC, US Citizen on W2, Corp-Corp, 1099 contract basis.

·    Work in a quick turnaround time to full-fill client requirements

·    Exceptional networking skills and ability to source candidates through vendor partners

·    Organized with good time management skills including flexibility

·    Experience in closing contract, contract to hire and full time positions with clients

·    Candidates who can work in night shift (US Time zone) are encouraged to apply.
