Information Technology Network Technician

Wellversed is looking for a IT Technician/Network Technician with 2 years of experience to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi network:
• Ensure stable connectivity across the facility and minimize downtime through regular monitoring and quick issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot internet and router issues
• Identify and fix connectivity problems, configure routers, and coordinate with ISP when required.
• Configure and monitor CCTV (DVR/NVR)
• Set up and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring proper recording and system functionality.
• Install Windows OS, software, antivirus
• Install and update operating systems, business software, and antivirus to keep systems secure and efficient.
• Manage printers (including label printers)
• Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of regular and label printers.
• Provide IT support to 50+ users (operators & supervisors)
• Resolve daily hardware, software, and network issues for smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with ISP and IT vendors
• Liaise with service providers and vendors for issue resolution, servicing, and upgrades.
• Support during emergency breakdowns
• Respond quickly to IT failures to reduce operational downtime.

Requirements:

1. 2–4 years hands-on IT support experience
2. Experience in factory/industrial setup preferred
3. Knowledge of networking, CCTV, and hardware troubleshooting
4. Comfortable working in industrial environment
5. Ready for flexible working hours.
