Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Information Technology Manager. The IT Manager will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, software licences compliance, manage technology operations, and implement effective IT systems to meet organizational goals. Tasks include ensuring network security, maintaining hardware and software, providing technical support, and leading digital transformation initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize IT solutions and staying up to date with emerging technologies to enhance business operations and productivity.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in network management, IT infrastructure, and system integration.
• Software Knowledge: Experience with enterprise software solutions, IT tools, and platforms (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze system performance, and implement efficient solutions.
• Security and Compliance: Knowledge of best practices in cybersecurity and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
• Work Experience: Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably within the AEC industry.
• 2-5 years of experience.
