Role Description

Feintool Cincinnati Inc. is seeking a dedicated Information Technology Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will lead and manage IT operations, oversee system implementations, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the security of networks and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop IT strategies that align with organizational goals. The IT Manager will also supervise IT staff, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This will also include managing IT in the Nashville, TN location.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure management, network administration, and system implementation
• Proficiency in cybersecurity practices, risk assessment, and ensuring data security
• Familiarity with automation systems and integration of technologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to troubleshoot technical and operational challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is beneficial
