About the Company

A leading global bank is establishing its India technology and operations centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its IT operations team. You will keep critical systems reliable for a marquee organisation from the ground up. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Information Technology Operations Manager, you will own the uptime, processes, and incident response behind core IT systems, keeping services stable and improving how the team runs them.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Incident Management

  • Own day-to-day IT operations, monitoring, and service availability
  • Run incident, problem, and change management to agreed SLAs
  • Coordinate vendors, infrastructure, and support workflows

Process & Reporting

  • Build dashboards on uptime, tickets, and service performance
  • Improve runbooks, documentation, and operational standards
  • Identify recurring issues and drive practical fixes

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 7 years in IT operations, infrastructure, or service management
  • Strong grasp of incident, change, and problem-management practice
  • Comfort with monitoring, ticketing, and reporting tools
  • Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to a GCC, bank, or regulated enterprise environment
  • ITIL certification or equivalent service-management experience
  • Familiarity with cloud, monitoring, or automation tooling
