Job Description

Role Summary

Execute daily IT operations, user support, and broadcast setups with precision. Research before escalation, follow SOPs, and maintain detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle first-line support for systems, network, and user issues.
• Build and configure PCs; verify licenses and installations.
• Support studio operations: vMix input setup, NDI source checks, teleprompter, and lighting readiness.
• Manage NAS data transfers and backups.
• Perform preventive maintenance and log updates in ERP.
• Use AI tools to assist troubleshooting, documentation, and process automation responsibly.

Job Requirement

Required Skills

• Windows administration and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Fortinet basics and broadcast tools (vMix/NDI).
• Strong research skills using AI and technical resources.
• Documentation accuracy and ERP workflow adherence.

Experience

• 1–3 years in IT or production support.
