Location : Bengaluru, Gurugram

Experience Required: 1.6 years(Minimum

Qualification: Graduation in any stream

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage complete Asset Lifecycle Tracking from procurement to disposal.
• Handle Asset Receiving and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform Asset Onboarding and maintain updated asset records.
• Manage Asset Requests including allocation, deallocation, and retrieval.
• Maintain and track Hardware Inventory with accurate records in the system.
• Conduct Physical Asset Verification on a regular basis.
• Monitor and update Asset Warranty Tracking to ensure timely renewals/replacements.
• Prepare and maintain IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) Reports.
• Oversee Asset Disposal Management in compliance with company policy.
• Support audits by providing up-to-date inventory and asset management reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth End-to-End Asset Request Management.
