Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Hardware Asset Manager to manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets and oversee IT store operations at client locations. The role involves inventory management, asset tracking, stockroom handling, and coordination with IT support teams and vendors to ensure smooth asset availability and compliance

.1. Asset Lifecycle Managemen

• tManage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycl
• eMaintain accurate asset record
• sTrack asset movemen
• tEnsure compliance with asset policies and audit requirement

s2. IT Store / Inventory Managemen

• tManage IT store / stockroom operation
• sMaintain minimum stock levels and raise requisitions proactivel
• yPerform physical inventory checks & reconciliation with system record
• sHandle asset tagging, receiving, issuing, and return
• sMaintain FIFO / asset aging contro

l3. User & Operational Suppor

• tSupport asset allocation for new joiners, movers, and leaver
• sCoordinate with L1/L2 support teams for device readiness & availabilit
• yEnsure timely fulfillment of asset-related request

s4. Vendor & Logistics Coordinatio

• nCoordinate with vendors for receival, repair, and replacement
• sTrack shipments, deliveries, and dispatch activitie
• sManage RMA, warranty claims, and faulty device replacement

s5. Reporting & Complianc

• eGenerate reports on Asset inventory & utilization, Stock status and aging and Asset discrepancies / audit finding
• sSupport internal/external audits and compliance check
• sMaintain documentation and SOP adherenc

eTechnical Skill

• sIT Hardware knowledge (laptops, desktops, peripherals
• )Asset management tools / CMDB (e.g., ServiceNow
• )Strong Excel skills (inventory tracking, reports
• )Understanding of asset lifecycle & inventory processe

sQualification

• sGraduate (any discipline; IT preferred
• )3–6 years’ experience in IT Asset Management / IT Store operation
• sGood communication (client-facing role
