Information Security Manager - Data Privacy

We are hiring a "Data Privacy Manager" to lead privacy programs, ensure compliance with global regulations, and manage privacy risks across the organization.

Experience: 5–10 Years (5 Years in Data Privacy is Must)

Location: Bangalore - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end data privacy program
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, DPDP (India)
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA)
• Handle data breaches & incident management
• Manage vendor & third-party privacy compliance
• Drive privacy policies, frameworks & training
• Work with legal, IT, and business stakeholders

Must Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GDPR / CCPA / DPDP
• Experience in privacy risk assessment (PIA/DPIA)
• Hands-on in privacy program management
• Experience handling data breaches/incidents
• Strong stakeholder management

Good to Have:

• Certifications: CIPP / CIPM / CIPT / DCPP
• ISO 27701 knowledge
