Job Description

The impact you will make We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Information Assurance Analyst to join our growing security team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for responding to customer security questionnaires and due diligence requests. You will work cross-functionally with teams across IT, Development, Sales, and Product Management to ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses that reflect our commitment to security and compliance. What you will do Customer Security Engagement Manage and respond to customer security questionnaires, RFPs, and due diligence requests Maintain a repository of standardized responses and supporting documentation to facilitate completion and team independence Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with IT, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to ensure timely and accurate completion Translate complex security concepts into customer-friendly language Process Improvement & Tooling Implement and manage tools (e.g., Whistic, Drata) to streamline and automate the security inquiry process Identify opportunities for process optimization and knowledge base expansion Produce metrics to identify trends and report to leadership Product & Infrastructure Knowledge Maintain a strong understanding of our products, SaaS platform architecture, data flows, and security controls Stay current on emerging threats, compliance trends, and industry best practices Represent and advocate for continually improving FinThrive?s security posture Supports FinThrive?s Audit and Compliance Program by understanding and ensuring adherence to HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC, and other requirements from an information security perspective What you will bring 3+ years of relevant experience (information security, third party risk management, due diligence response, etc.) Experience responding to security questionnaires and working with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001). Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders Proficient knowledge of large, complex systems, hardware/software architecture, and domains in IT operations A customer centric mindset and experience collaborating with Sales teams and customers Familiarity of IT infrastructure, such as servers, firewalls, load balancers, databases, etc. Familiarity with SaaS architecture and web applications Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc. Bachelors Degree (IT or Business Administration preferred) What we would like to see Security+ or similar certification(s) Familiarity with regulatory standards and frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, etc. Experience with Trust Center and Questionnaire Management tools (SafeBase, Whistic, etc.) About FinThrive FinThrive is advancing the healthcare economy.
