Influencer Marketing Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop & execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategy for India's leading collagen brand HK Vitals
• Identify & onboard relevant influencers monthly (A+, A, B, Micro)
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to maximize share of voice
• Review & optimize influencer partnerships based on engagement & traffic metrics
• Create scripts, content briefs & campaign ideas
• Plan & execute campaigns across Nutrition, Wellness, Lifestyle & Fitness categories
• Coordinate with influencers, agencies & vendors for timely execution
• Track campaign performance & maintain detailed reports/repository
• Monitor weekly targets & drive measurable improvements
• Stay updated with digital media trends & collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 1–3 years of influencer marketing experience (agency background preferred)
• Skincare/wellness brand experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills to ensure maximum ROI
• Experience across YouTube & Instagram platforms
• Creative, analytical & results-oriented mindset
• Strong ownership & proactive approach
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel (advanced), Outlook & PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s/PG in Marketing or relevant experience
