Role Description As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at Creators Yug™, you will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from sourcing and shortlisting suitable creators to coordinating deliverables and timelines. You will communicate with creators and brand partners, negotiate collaborations, and ensure campaign objectives and brand guidelines are clearly understood and met. Daily tasks include campaign planning, content calendar coordination, monitoring live campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and preparing concise reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with internal teams on creative concepts, briefs, and optimization strategies to enhance campaign impact. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Saket, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), and digital campaign workflows.
  • Skills in communication, relationship management, and negotiation for working with creators and brand stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan and organize campaigns, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using basic analytics tools or dashboards to track performance and derive insights.
  • Comfort with using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and project management software.
  • Attention to detail in reviewing content for brand alignment, compliance, and quality.
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
