Job Description
- Account managers act as client advocates and work with internal departments and influencers to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. They assist with making sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain the same to
- the influencers.
- Building relationships with clients as well as influencers based on trust and
- respect.
- Upscaling the existing projects as per client’s needs and generating higher
- revenues.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate clients as well as influencers
- need fulfillment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory, account notes, budget.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Identifying industry trends.
