Creators Yug™ is a fast-growing Influencer Marketing & Talent Management agency, collaborating with leading brands and creators across multiple categories. We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who can take ownership of brand collaborations and contribute to driving business growth.

This is a full-time hybrid role where you'll manage influencer campaigns, coordinate with creators, and support end-to-end campaign execution. You'll work closely with internal teams and brand partners to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers based on campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with creators and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Support brand partnerships and contribute to campaign strategy.
• Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
• Manage influencer communication, negotiations, and relationship building.
• Ensure content quality and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with influencer marketing trends and competitor activities.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing is mandatory.
• Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
