Job Description

About GreatThings

GreatThings is a performance marketing consultancy helping ambitious brands grow in a smarter, more sustainable way. We combine sharp commercial thinking with hands-on execution across affiliate, influencer, PPC and paid social. We’re a small, experienced team that values clarity, curiosity and getting to the point - no fluff, no vanity metrics, just work that drives real results.

GreatThings is working with Castore to hire an Influencer Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About Castore

Castore exists for one reason: to make athletes better. Built on the philosophy of Better Never Stops, the brand combines advanced engineering and technical fabrics to create premium sportswear for athletes who demand the highest standards. With a clear ambition to challenge mass-market incumbents, Castore is establishing itself as the premium choice for performance-led, discerning customers worldwide.

The Role

As Influencer Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue through Castore’s creator and influencer partnerships. You’ll run the programme from end-to-end - planning, executing and optimising activity to scale the channel in line with ambitious growth targets. Working closely with trading, marketing and brand teams, you’ll manage a high volume of creator relationships, oversee payments and incentives, help plan and run events and ensure campaigns deliver both commercially and creatively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver influencer campaigns aligned to the trading calendar, but also wider influencer trends, to help in driving a £1m annual revenue target
  • Recruit and onboard creators at scale through multi-touch outreach across thousands of prospects
  • Manage large-scale partner payments and incentives
  • Own voucher code creation and compliance, monitoring misuse and protecting margin
  • Lead day-to-day influencer communication, handling high-volume email and DM enquiries
  • Assist in creating and running regular influencer events, product drops, and seeding programmes
  • Identify and surface high-performing creator content for wider marketing use
  • Track, analyse and report on campaign and channel performance
  • Build an influencer education hub to improve performance and scale the channel
  • Proactively bring ideas—new talent, formats and smarter ways of working

What We're Looking For

  • A graduate with a genuine interest in influencer/creator marketing as well as affiliate and partnerships
  • Some experience (internship, freelance, or in-house) working with influencers/creators or affiliates, ideally brand-side in-house
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive mindset and a willingness to learn
  • Based in or near Manchester (or willing to travel to Manchester 3-4 times a week)

Preferred But Not Necessary If You Have:

  • Experience using influencer sourcing or CRM tools (e.g. Grin, CreatorIQ, Captiv8, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • An understanding of paid social or performance marketing
  • A personal interest in fashion, fitness, or digital culture

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive salary
  • Generous staff discount
  • Training and mentorship from experienced marketers
  • Flexible working with a hybrid setup (remote / Manchester-based days)
