Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns for beauty and skincare launches—identify creators, negotiate terms, onboard, brief, and manage deliverables.
- Build and maintain a high-quality creator roster; nurture long-term relationships and secure repeat collaborations aligned to brand voice.
- Create clear creative briefs and content plans that translate product benefits into platform-native formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Coordinate cross-functionally with creative, PR, ecommerce and paid teams to maximise reach, conversions, and product discoverability.
- Monitor campaign KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversion signals); synthesise insights and recommend optimisation to improve ROI.
- Manage influencer contracts, budgets, disclosure compliance, and content usage/rights to protect brand and scale reuse.
