Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Engineering Planner located in Vadipatti, Madurai. The responsibilities include designing and managing project plans, overseeing maintenance schedules, analyzing production efficiency, and implementing process improvements. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and maintaining compliance with industry standards while ensuring operational efficiency within the apparel manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Maintenance Planning and Maintenance Management
• Not more than 5 years of Experience in IE planning.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize production operations
• Proven skills in Project Planning and Project Management
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methods and process improvement techniques
• Experience in the apparel or manufacturing sector is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools
