Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Digital Marketing Associate located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web traffic and performance data, managing social media channels, engaging with the audience, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. You will contribute to enhancing online visibility and driving meaningful engagement for The Tech Bulletins.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, including campaign implementation and optimization
• Experience with Web Analytics tools to measure and interpret digital performance metrics
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse audiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of design tools or content management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
