What You'll Do

Roll out weekly pulse check survey to employees to capture inputs –

• Ensure master data base is updated at all times for an effective roll out
• Work closely with senior management members to ensure the list is well updated
• Roll out necessary communications to drive response rate, ensure email responses are captured on a regular basis
• Work on multiple data base list to identify new list of recipients for the following weeks and roll out necessary communications.
  
  

Capture the data in multiple analytics tool to work towards :

• Weekly analytics on how office is doing and share with India leadership team and call out high risk areas
• Various slices of dashboards such as Practice Area trend comparison, leadership dashboards trend analysis, etc to share with India leadership team for their visibility on the overall progress
• Analyse historical data and capture trends, insights and correlations. Basis the outcome support in identifying high focus areas in context to office priorities and share with necessary teams for them to take required steps
