This opportunity is ideal for a strategic communications leader who can craft compelling narratives, manage media relationships, and scale PR programs for a high-growth tech organisation operating fully remote.

Primary job title: PR & Communications Manager

Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute an integrated PR and communications strategy that raises brand awareness, drives thought leadership, and supports product launches and corporate announcements.
Manage media relations end-to-end: build journalist relationships, pitch stories, coordinate interviews, and secure coverage in target trade and business outlets.
Write and edit high-quality external communications — press releases, bylines, executive quotes, talking points, and media briefing materials.
Plan and run crisis communications playbooks and rapid-response messaging to protect reputation and ensure consistent stakeholder communication.
Lead social and content programs that amplify earned media, including editorial calendars, executive social presence, and cross-channel promotion with marketing teams.
Measure PR impact: track media coverage, share of voice, and campaign KPIs; translate insights into recommendations for continuous improvement.
