Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IMS & Document Controller role based in Deoli. The IMS & Document Controller will be responsible for setting up, organizing, and maintaining document control systems in line with the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements. Daily tasks include creating, updating, and tracking project documentation; ensuring version control and document approval workflows; and maintaining accurate records for audits and compliance. The role involves coordinating with project teams to collect, verify, and file technical documents, reports, and correspondence, and ensuring timely distribution of controlled documents to relevant stakeholders. The IMS & Document Controller will also support data entry, reporting, and process improvements related to documentation and records management, while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Document Management and Records Management for systematic handling, storage, and retrieval of information.
- Having Experience of 4-5 years in NHAI O&M works of Highway, Expressways
- Having Proper Knowledge of O&M related works of Billing Checking, NHAI Billing and documents
- Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Documentation and Project Documentation to create, organize, and maintain project-related files and reports.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders for document collection and clarification.
- Experience with IMS or similar management systems, document control procedures, and audit/compliance support is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management software, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Corporate Office Deoli, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced infrastructure project environment.
- A diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, along with prior experience in infrastructure or construction projects, is an advantage.
Salary- 25,000-30,000 Per Month
location- Corporate Office Deoli
Qualification- Bachelors in Civil Degree/ Diploma in Any Field
