Immediate Hiring: BA/QA / SDET (Active Job Seekers | 5+ Years) | Hyderabad

We are looking for experienced BA/QA / SDET professionals (5+ years) who can confidently test applications end-to-end and clearly understand business flows, not just validate screens.

This role is ideal for professionals who take ownership of quality, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and ensure reliable delivery across web, mobile, API, and database layers.

At Belen ITS, this position plays a key role in bridging business requirements and technical quality, ensuring applications meet both functional and user expectations.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Perform manual / functional testing on web and mobile applications
• Execute API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger
• Perform database testing by writing and validating basic SQL queries
• Participate in UAT support and coordinate with stakeholders
• Execute and maintain automation test cases (Selenium or Cypress)
• Log, track, and manage defects through the full defect lifecycle
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a BA/QA Analyst or QA Engineer
• Strong experience in manual / functional testing
• Hands-on exposure to automation testing (Selenium or Cypress)
• Experience in API testing and database testing (SQL)
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with web and mobile application testing
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
