Job title Test Manager - Ahmedabad, India Ref # 250000M2 Location India - Ahmedabad Job family Corporate & Commercial Closing date: 12-Nov-2025 Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end Software Testing function across multiple SCRUM teams ensuring high quality software deliveries Define and enforce quality standards, testing methodologies, and automation strategies/framework across projects Build and manage a high-performing QA team with domain knowledge in different airline domains Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver robust, compliant, and high-availability solutions Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for large-scale programs (web, mobile, and legacy systems) Introduce and scale test automation, regression suites, and performance testing across platforms Manage client QA expectations, deliverables, and SLAs in regulated environments Drive innovation in airline QA practices including AI/ML-based testing, synthetic data generation, and digital twin testing Be part of an extraordinary story Your skills. Together, everything is possible Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor?s or Master?s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field ISTQB or any certification in Testing 8+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing distributed testing teams Proven experience in test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Katalon), performance testing (e.g., JMeter), and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Zephyr) Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based testing Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Prior experience working with global airlines or aviation IT vendors About Qatar Airways Group Our story started with four aircraft.
