Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Illustrator/Motion Graphic Designer. The individual will be responsible for creating custom digital illustrations, designing graphics, and producing engaging and innovative motion graphic content. Day-to-day tasks include developing concepts, designing visually compelling material, and collaborating with the creative team to meet client requirements. The role also requires a strong ability to use both traditional and digital tools for effective art and motion design creation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Illustration and Drawing
• Skills in Graphic Design, Graphics, and creating visual assets
• Experience in traditional art forms such as Painting
• Strong creative and conceptualization skills for visual storytelling
• Proficiency in motion graphic tools and software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and collaborate in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Autodesk Maya or other 3D software
• Background as an Animator (2D/3D)
• Exposure to AI-based design/video tools is a plus

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

Experience with motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Good understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling

Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
