IBMS Operator

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site IBMS Operator role based in Bhubaneswar. The IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) Operator will monitor and manage building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting operational issues, performing regular maintenance checks, ensuring system functionality, and supporting efficient energy management.

Qualifications:

• Experience with building automation systems, HVAC, lighting, and other IBMS functionalities
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical issues efficiently
• Proficiency in monitoring and managing facility control systems
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and networking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with team members and vendors
• Familiarity with safety protocols and energy efficiency practices
• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field is preferred
