- HVAC Sales Manager – Chennai, Tamil Nadu

- Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Sales Manager based in Chennai.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HVAC sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Lead and guide the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and project execution.
- Conduct sales presentations and client meetings.
- Support after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle MEP turnkey project discussions and contract negotiations.
- Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning technologies, and industry trends.
- Proven experience in sales strategy, client management, and negotiations.
- Experience with MEP turnkey contracts and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good relationship management and customer engagement experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the Indian HVAC or MEP industry is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with EHS standards and ISO 9001:2015 processes is preferred.
- Eligibility
- This position is open only to candidates based in Chennai or candidates willing to work full-time on-site in Chennai.
- Job Timing & Work Rules
- Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday will be a weekly holiday.
- Job Rules
- Candidate must work from the office located in Chennai.
- Candidates should maintain professional behavior and follow company policies.
- Daily reporting of sales activities and client meetings is mandatory.
- Candidates are expected to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordination with project, service, and technical teams is required for smooth project execution.
- Timely follow-up with clients and proper after-sales support are mandatory.
- Compliance with company EHS standards and ISO 9001:2015 procedures is required.
- Travel within Chennai and nearby locations may be required for client meetings and site visits.
- Only candidates from Tamil Nadu, preferably from Chennai, will be considered.
