Job Title: HVAC Project Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Project Engineer to manage HVAC projects from planning through execution and final handover. The ideal candidate will oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage HVAC projects from planning through project handover.
- Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project schedules, quality standards, safety compliance, and overall project progress.
- Prepare technical submittals, project reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Ensure project completion within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with:

- VRF / VRV Air Conditioning Systems
- Split Air Conditioners
- Cassette Air Conditioners
- Ducted Split Systems
- Ducting & Ventilation Systems
- Fresh Air & Exhaust Systems

Technical Competencies:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to interpret HVAC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Understanding of project planning, execution, and quality control processes.
