Role Description

The HVAC Billing Engineer position is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing bills of quantities and ensuring accurate billing for HVAC projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams to verify project completion stages, auditing and revising invoices as per project documentation, and maintaining financial records. The individual will also collaborate with clients and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HVAC Engineering and hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Experience in the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for accurate and efficient billing
• Sound knowledge of project budgeting and cost control processes
• Proficiency with billing and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
