Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Team Member located in Khajni. The incumbent will assist with various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records, supporting employee training initiatives, managing HR systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires collaboration with different departments to foster a positive work culture and address team member needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficient communication skills, including the ability to clearly express ideas and foster collaboration
• Expertise in Training and development initiatives for employees
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and their application in an organizational setting
• Empathy, teamwork, and adaptability
• Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is a plus
