Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Scout and attract like-minded, high-potential talent aligned with company culture and growth vision
• Define and support organizational structure and manpower planning in line with business growth plans
• Build strong hiring pipelines and employer branding initiatives

HR Operations & Administration

• Manage payroll coordination and HR administration activities
• Maintain employee records and HR compliance processes
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities

Learning & Team Development

• Design and coordinate employee training and learning initiatives
• Develop structured training and development plans
• Work closely with leadership to strengthen team capability and career growth opportunities
• Promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Strong exposure to talent acquisition and recruitment strategy
• Experience in payroll and HR administration
• Interest in people development, training, and organizational growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Leadership intent with an ownership mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-growing and collaborative environment
