Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for administering day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll and benefits processes. The specialist will assist in implementing HR policies, handling employee queries, coordinating performance management activities, and supporting compliance with local labor regulations. The role also involves partnering with management on personnel management matters, organizing employee engagement initiatives, and supporting recruitment and selection processes as needed. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive, fair, and well-structured work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in Personnel Management, including employee relations, performance support, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and use HRIS or related HR software tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in an IT or technology-driven environment is beneficial.
