Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Kochi.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and workplace culture initiatives. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with people, improving employee experiences, and contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.
• Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment documentation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
• Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
• Support employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and team-building programs

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and confidential documentation
• Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and HR reporting
• Support payroll coordination and employee documentation processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

• Handle employee concerns and support conflict resolution initiatives
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
• Conduct employee feedback sessions and engagement activities
• Assist management in performance management and employee development initiatives

Compliance & Policy Management

• Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR standards in India
• Assist in HR audits, documentation reviews, and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations
• Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employee management principles
• Familiarity with Indian labor laws and compliance standards is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Experience with HRMS tools, recruitment portals, or applicant tracking systems is preferred
• Certification, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certifications, is a plus
