HR Representative - Position Summary

Are you passionate about people and driven to make a difference? Strivant Health is looking for a dynamic HR Representative to join our Mysuru team! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations, including recruiting top talent, supporting employee engagement, and driving a high-performance, employee-centric culture. This includes recruiting, hiring, and onboarding team members for a US-focused medical billing revenue cycle company that is rapidly expanding its Mysuru office. Plus, you will be a resource for employees and management on HR related topics.

The HR Representative position is responsible for building candidate pipelines, screening and scheduling management interviews, extending offers, and communicating with candidates through onboarding. You will also focus on people-related services, policies, and programs, with a key priority on maintaining a positive employee relations climate. You will interpret and communicate policies, collaborate, and support the implementation of various HR projects; coordinate with management on performance improvement plans and conflict management processes; provide guidance to maintain labor law compliance; facilitate employee relations; deliver HR training programs; and conduct fact-finding and draft initial responses to investigations.

• Deliver exceptional candidate sourcing, recruitment, hiring, and new hire orientation and onboarding initiatives
• On-site employee relations contact
• Support performance management and HR compliance
• Champion company culture and employee engagement
• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR best practices

What You Bring to the Table

• 1 to 2 years of HR experience that includes a heavy focus on candidate sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding in a fast-growing company
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to work onsite 100% at our office located in Mysuru, Karnataka 570017
• Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR operations
• Experience with payroll processing and tax filing a plus
• Working experience in a healthcare or medical billing revenue cycle management company a plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends and provide data-driven solutions.
• Experience working with US teams is a plus!
