Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Recruiter for an on-site role based in Bangalore Rural. As an HR Recruiter, your responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting candidates for open positions, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes to meet the organization’s recruitment needs. You will work closely with team leads and department heads to identify staffing requirements, maintain a talent pipeline, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Additionally, you will assist in improving recruitment strategies, fostering strong employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise, with experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management processes
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management platforms
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team
• Proven ability to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
