Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter based in Surat. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates to meet staffing needs. They will also strategize recruitment efforts, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for job applicants while collaborating with hiring managers to meet company hiring objectives.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and attracting top talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a consulting or corporate environment is a plus
