Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hazaribag. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Additional responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, facilitating training programs, and fostering a positive work culture. The role will also involve analyzing HR metrics and identifying opportunities for organizational improvement.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Workforce Planning
Proficiency in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
Experience in developing HR Policies, Benefits Administration, and Organizational Development
Familiarity with labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR analytics
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage HR functions effectively in an on-site setting
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification would be a plus
