Through a growing network of telemedicine kiosks and clinics, we connect patients in tier-2, tier-3, and rural markets to specialist care they otherwise couldn't reach. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We're looking for a hands-on HR Manager to own the full HR function from our Indore office. You'll drive hiring for our expanding kiosk and clinic network, keep day-to-day HR operations running cleanly, and build a workplace people want to stay in. This is a generalist role with real ownership — ideal for someone who likes solving problems across recruitment, operations, compliance, and people engagement rather than sitting in one lane.


𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across field, clinical, and corporate roles to support network expansion
  • Build a reliable hiring pipeline for tier-2/3 and rural locations; manage job portals, referrals, and consultants
  • Reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire while keeping quality high

𝗛𝗥 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹

  • Manage onboarding, attendance, leave, and exit processes
  • Run monthly payroll inputs accurately and on time; maintain HRMS and employee records
  • Draft and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances
  • Drive engagement, retention, and performance-management cycles
  • Support managers on team issues, feedback, and appraisals

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, professional tax, and applicable labour laws
  • Handle statutory filings, audits, and documentation


𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

  • 3–6 years of HR experience, ideally including a generalist or HR Manager role
  • Strong grasp of recruitment, HR operations, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance
  • Working knowledge of Indian labour laws (PF, ESI, PT)
  • Comfortable with HRMS/HRIS tools and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
  • Bonus: experience hiring for field or multi-location operations
