We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager with strong experience in manufacturing/EMS environments. The role requires a hands-on HR leader to manage plant HR operations, industrial relations, compliance, and workforce planning aligned with production needs.
Must-Have
- Experience in Industrial Relations (IR), labour unions, and contract labour
- Exposure to statutory audits (ISO, RBA, etc.)
- Strong experience in bulk hiring (operators) and technical hiring
- Prior experience as Plant / Factory HR
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws & factory compliance (Gujarat)
- Minimum 3 years in managerial HR role
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience in Manufacturing / EMS background
Manage end-to-end HR operations at plant level
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR), labour unions, and worker management
- Oversee recruitment including bulk hiring (operators) and technical hiring
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and factory regulations (Gujarat)
- Manage contract labour and vendor relationships
- Lead performance management systems (KRA/KPI, incentives)
- Support statutory audits (ISO, RBA, etc.)
- Drive employee engagement, discipline, and grievance handling
- Strong knowledge of labour laws & factory compliance (Gujarat)
- Hands-on plant HR experience
- Expertise in Industrial Relations (IR)
- Experience in audits, hiring, and performance management
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills
- MBA / PGDM in HR
- OR MSW (HR)
