About the Role

The Human Resources Intern role at Tyroo is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role offers a full-stack exposure to core HR operations within a dynamic ad tech company.


What you'll do

 Talent Find

  • Source and screen candidates who could be future teammates
  • Run interview scheduling like a well-oiled machine (and sit in when you can)
  • Keep our job posts fresh across boards and channels
  • Help candidates go from "interviewing" to "onboarded" without the awkward gaps

Building Culture

  • Plan and run engagement moments people actually want to show up for
  • Write internal comms that people read (not skim and archive)
  • Turn employee feedback into things the team can act on

Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Clean up and organize employee data that's been quietly accumulating chaos
  • Build reports and dashboards that make headcount and hiring trends make sense at a glance
  • Create templates and docs so processes don't live only in someone's head

Cross-Functional HR Support

  • Jump in wherever the team's stretched thin
  • Spot broken processes and help fix them, not just flag them


What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple workstreams at once
  • Solid Excel/Sheets skills; comfort with data cleanup and basic reporting
  • Clear written and verbal communicator - you'll interact with candidates and employees directly
  • Discretion with confidential/sensitive information
  • Curiosity and a bias toward figuring things out rather than waiting to be told
