Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role is a perfect launchpad for someone looking to understand the "behind-the-scenes" of a high-growth organization. You will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations while working directly with our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor), and university portals.
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial "culture fit" phone screenings.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews and act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a world-class experience.
- Postings: Help write and update job descriptions and manage our presence on social media.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
- New Hire Setup: Assist in preparing onboarding kits and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Compliance: Maintain and update digital employee files, ensuring all records are accurate and confidential.
- HRIS Management: Help input data into our HR Information System (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or Rippling).
Skills & Qualifications :
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new HR software/ATS.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you should be comfortable talking to anyone from an entry-level applicant to a C-suite executive.
- Discretion: A high level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Attitude: A "no task is too small" mindset and a genuine curiosity about how people and businesses grow together.
