Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Acspire India is an on-site internship based in Chennai. The intern will assist the HR team with day-to-day activities such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and helping coordinate training and development initiatives. Responsibilities include drafting and updating HR documents, assisting with the implementation of HR policies, and supporting employee engagement activities. The intern will also help with benefits-related queries, basic personnel administration, and HR data reporting while gaining hands-on exposure to HR operations in a dynamic, growth-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
• Candidates should possess basic skills in Personnel Management and employee record-keeping.
• Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling HR information.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate within a team, and demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
