HR Intern – HR Technology Location: Bangalore (Work from Office – 5 days/week)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: Paid Internship


redBus is looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role offers an opportunity to work on strategic HR Technology initiatives while gaining exposure to core HR processes, stakeholder management and data-driven people practices.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of HR Technology projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and emerging HR technology trends.
  • Support documentation and knowledge repositories.
  • Assist the Talent Management team on competency framework initiatives.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.


What We're Looking For:

  • Pursuing a full-time MBA (HR or related specialization) and available for a full-time internship before course completion.
  • Available to work from the Bangalore office, 5 days a week, for the entire 3-month duration.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a proven ability to drive tasks independently from initiation to closure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of competency frameworks, talent management, or performance management processes.
  • Exposure to recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR Tech.
