Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Vadodara. The intern will support HR operations by assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include helping with training and development programs, managing HR documentation, and collaborating on HR-related projects.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, employee engagement, and training programs.
• Proficiency in document management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus.
• Pursuing or recently completed a master's degree in human resources is required.
