Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments
Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
Maintaining and updating the candidate databases and trackers
Supporting employer branding and job postings
Following up with candidates and ensuring smooth communication
Learning and adhering to recruitment processes and compliance standards
