Role Description

We are seeking a high-caliber Delivery Apps Manager to spearhead the digital growth and operational launch of our premium F&B concept. This role is built for a "Digital Native" who understands the mechanics of delivery aggregators and has the project management rigor to lead a brand from idea to execution. You will own the digital storefront, optimize commercial performance, and act as the central reporting hub for senior leadership

Responsibilities

Advanced Aggregator & Delivery Management

• Full management of POS and Aggregator dashboards; ensuring menus are optimized with high-conversion descriptions and premium imagery.
• Strategize and execute in-app promotions, discounts, and "Top of Page" advertising campaigns to maximize sales and market share.
• Serve as the lead negotiator with Aggregator Account Managers to optimize commission structures and resolve technical/operational glitches.
• Analyse weekly performance trends and share insights with leadership.
• Manage relationships with aggregator partners and negotiate visibility campaigns

Project Leadership

• Timeline & Resource Planning: Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource plans using internal dashboards to ensure all expansion targets are met.
• Provide weekly status reports to leadership; proactively flagging critical delays or quality concerns with actionable solutions.

Marketing & Content Coordination

• Coordinate with external creative agencies for branding, photo/video shoots, and specific content briefing.
• Product Development & Quality Control

Qualifications

Experience: 2–5 years in F&B , Digital Marketplace Management, or Project Management within the Saudi market.

Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel. You must be able to turn raw data into executive-level stories.

Aggregator Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Saudi aggregator landscape (e.g., Hungerstation, Jahez, ToYou, Deliveroo).
