Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing and candidate screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding support.
• Identify and shortlist suitable candidates through platforms such as Internshala, various job portals, and internal databases in line with specific job requirements.
• Draft, publish, and manage job postings across multiple recruitment channels, while monitoring applications and addressing candidate inquiries.
• Conduct preliminary phone and virtual interviews to evaluate applicants’ skills, compatibility with the role, and level of interest.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between selected candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring workflow.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate information, interview evaluations, hiring progress, and related reports.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, professional communication and providing timely updates and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to understand workforce requirements, assist with internship and entry-level hiring, and ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
