Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, references, and other sourcing channels
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines
- Employee Handling & HR Operations
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, workplace concerns, and grievance handling
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections
- Coordinate with external consultants/agencies for compliance-related matters
- Keep updated with changes in labor laws and implement necessary updates in HR practices
