Human Resources (HR) Executive in Indore

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, references, and other sourcing channels
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines
• Employee Handling & HR Operations
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, workplace concerns, and grievance handling
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive work environment
• Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
• Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections
• Coordinate with external consultants/agencies for compliance-related matters
• Keep updated with changes in labor laws and implement necessary updates in HR practices
